Everglades Multi-day Trip

Via kayak and/or canoe, experience Southwest Florida’s Ten Thousand Islands in the beautiful Florida Everglades.  Paddle where few have gone in pristine wilderness amongst mangrove islands through the second largest mangrove forest in the world! Camp on an island in the Gulf of Mexico as you watch the sunset dip into the sea! Learn about the geology, history, folklore, flora, fauna, and many other mysteries of the Everglades on this trip.  After a day of paddling go for a short hike, look for creatures in the tide pools with one of our naturalists or just relax as we serve you a wonderful everglades meal.  We use sit-on top kayaks and we load our gear on a shuttle transport boat, so you don’t have to carry all your gear.  With the luxury of our shuttle boat we don’t have to watch everything we bring and get to camp in style. This trip is great for couples, friends, and even if you are riding solo.  If you have a family of four or more we take only your family.  We also provide singles trips,  women’s only trips, and corporate trips.  Call For more details.

What to Bring
Sunscreen at least 45 SPF, cold and warm gear, gloves to protect hands, light weight pants and shirts for sun, brimmed hat, bug protection, binoculars, rain gear, free standing tent and sleeping bag

Requirements

Clients must be able to swim, paddle (at least 10 miles a day)
Must be at least 16 years old

Reservations:  All over night trips  are required to have  reservations.  Half of the price of the trip is the deposit when the trip is booked and within a week before the trip the rest has to be paid.
